I highly recommend Aaron for his professionalism, expertise and excellent communication. From my very first contact, communication was prompt and clear. Aaron was also able to attend the property at very short notice, which was extremely helpful given the time-sensitive nature of my situation. He recommended that I be present during the inspection, which turned out to be a great suggestion. Being able to see the investigation firsthand and discuss the issues and possible solutions with Aaron and the agent immediately made the whole process much clearer. Aaron arrived exactly at the agreed time and was extremely professional, thorough and methodical throughout the inspection. He explained the issues in detail, answered all my questions patiently and provided multiple options for addressing the problems, including a long-term solution. This gave me the confidence to make an informed decision and also helped me negotiate with the vendors based on a clear understanding of the required work. I had a great experience with Aaron from Sydney Waterproofing. He responded quickly and came out with proper diagnostic equipment, including a camera, and identified the balcony leak on the first visit—he even showed us the footage, which made everything clear. He fixed the waterproofing as promised and improved the drainage by enlarging the pipes and adding an overflow. His communication was excellent—always responsive, patient, and reassuring, especially as we were quite anxious about the issue. Had Aaron out to fix waterproofing on front porch and also remove plantar boxes and fix waterproofing on side wall. Quick work and nice result. Tiling of the front porch was done really well.
